- Before you exchange a product, contact a customer support representative so that they can guide you through the process and make it seamless and headache-free.
Your product qualifies for the exchange if:
- You did not receive the product which was ordered.
- The size does not fit.
Please note that we will not exchange underwear due to hygiene reasons.

Terms and conditions
Because you are exchanging a product that someone else might use, please be kind to it. Please ensure that:
- The product packaging is not damaged.
- Tags are not removed.
- Products are not used or washed.
- Receipt is sent with the packaging.
- You are exchanging it within 7 days of purchase.
- Customers will have to bear the cost of delivery for exchange articles which are Rs. 190.
Note that all clothing items fit snugly first and then relax to your shape with wear. If you haven’t already, we recommend that you let yourself and your clothing get used to each other.
