What Does the Girl Nine Exchange Policy Include?
- Girl Nine offer a hassle-free exchange within 7 business-days of purchase
- We only exchange wrong orders, damaged items, or incorrect sizes (change of mind is NOT an option)
- You can exchange any storewide product except the underwear collection. We DO NOT allow its exchange for hygiene reasons. Customers will have to bear the cost of delivery for exchange articles which is Rs. 190.
- The company reserves the right to reject your request IF there are any signs of wear or if your product does not qualify for exchange.
Does My Product Qualify for an Exchange?
Before contacting our support team to initiate your exchange, make sure the product meets the following conditions;
- The packaging material is not damaged
- Price tags are in place
- You have not used, washed, or treated the product badly
- The receipt is in its original form to be sent back
- It has been less than 7 business days since your purchase.

However, note that it can take up to 30 days for us to exchange your item. So, sit back and relax till we deliver the perfect piece of fitting to your doorstep.
Return/ Refund Policy
- Kindly note that GirlNine DOES NOT offer any return or refund policy on storewide items. Once your product has been shipped or delivered, you cannot ask for a return or refund.
