However, here are some tips which will help you choose the right product so that you don’t have to go through the hassle of exchanging them.
- i) Always, always, always check the size chart before choosing a product. This will help you make an informed decision.
- ii) Our support staff is ALWAYS available for your questions. Do not hesitate and feel free to ask them anything!
iii) Before you exchange a product, contact a customer support representative so that they can guide you through the process and make it seamless and headache-free.
Your product qualifies for the exchange if
- You did not receive the product which was ordered
- The size does not fit
Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel an order after it is confirmed. That is because of the stock maintenance software, not us :)
Terms and conditions
Because you are exchanging a product that someone else might use, please be kind to it. Please ensure that
- The product packaging is not damaged
- Tags are not removed
- Products are not used
- Receipt is sent with the packaging
Everything except underwears
We will exchange all products within 15 days of purchase. Note that all clothing items fit snugly first and then relax to your shape with wear. If you haven’t already, we recommend that you let yourself and your clothing get used to each other. If it still doesn’t work, contact our customer support representative to get a personal fit consultation before exchanging the right.
All our underwear are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange for hygiene reasons.
Our delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
